Wow! I just tried Leek Soup for Supper!! And Woah! I haven’t had such a delicious soup in a long time! Nan had made the recipe about a year or more ago and couldn’t remember the ingredients but my mom remembered that they had found it on Dr. Ben Kim’s website. So, we went searching and found the recipe! It’s very easy to make, and is actually really quick, about 30 minutes total! Which is great for me! I really like it when things are easy to do! Much like nan in that sense! Which is why we love raw food so much, just take from the fridge and eat! Soo hard!
I’m feeling much better today, as I have mostly been eating very simple items. I had frozen banana and strawberries blended with water for breakfast. For Lunch I had some kiwi, then a banana-avocado-carob smoothie. I actually like avocado this way. Still getting used to the taste of the avocado. And of course my favorite of the day, the Leek Soup! I’d definately have this again! I really like it for the fact that it’s something warm I can have during the winter to keep warm, and it isn’t cooked too much I don’t think, so the enzymes of the vegetables should still be in the soup.
